- Quote/Proposal/Contract Negotiation and Creation

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (required)

Job DescriptionObjective
At DICA, the Inside Sales role plays a crucial part in our company's success by driving revenue through lead generation, customer outreach, and sales closure. With a focus on maintaining comprehensive product/service knowledge and delivering compelling sales presentations, this position ensures effective communication with prospective customers. By consistently achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate customer records, and seamless collaboration both internal and external, the Inside Sales role fosters strong customer relationships and fuels growth.
Core Focus
The Inside Sales' primary responsibility revolves around prioritizing safety, maintaining quality and efficiency standards, and leveraging comprehensive product knowledge to drive sales success. This includes proactive cold calling and prompt response to inbound inquiries to ensure a steady flow of potential leads. Additionally, conducting virtual demonstrations, following up on proposals, and updating customer records in the CRM system are vital to maintaining a productive sales pipeline and maximizing closure rates. Regular attendance at team meetings fosters alignment with overall strategies while staying updated on industry trends ensures adaptability and competitiveness in the marketplace. To fulfill the requirements of this role, Inside Sales must demonstrate the capability to perform the necessary job duties per DICA's established standard of work.
