- You will conduct new customer conversations (webinars) independently after a brief introduction, write proposals, and close deals.
- You understand hijob's products and can explain them.
- You independently research the peculiarities and trends of the recruiting market.
- You are responsible for maintaining the CRM.
- You keep an eye on your contacts and customers.
- You strive to build substantial relationships with our customers. We aim to establish longterm relationships.
- You will receive sales goals and we will measure and communicate them transparently within the team to learn from each other and support each other. The goals are not capped
What should you bring?
- Your education:
- You understand complex products and can explain them to new customers.
- You have had some success in sales (e.g. in SaaS, software, IT, HR).
- You enjoy engaging in dialogue with new people.
- You are eloquent and quick, bold and independent.
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
