    Job Summary
    We are looking for a talented, ambitious

    Finance Manager

    You'll manage financial planning & analysis, strengthen & lead accounting staff, oversee information technology support services, and drive workflow automation initiatives.

    This position reports to the CEO.
    Responsibilities


    • Manage the internal financial reporting, billing, collections, and payroll for the business.
    • Forecast cash flow, drive budgeting process, coordinate strategic expenditures, manage variances.
    • Work in conjunction with HR and Operations to develop competitive compensation strategies.
    • Establish internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
    • Prepare short-term and long-term financial objectives and policies.
    • Oversee the production of periodic financial reports.
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
    • Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.
    Required Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
    • 8+ years of related experience required
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
    • Certified Public Accountant designation preferred
    • U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident or authorized to work in the U.S.
