At our new logistics location in the Lower Rhine region, you will not only be responsible for smooth operations in the dispatch department, but also for implementing things in an agile and reflective manner and taking colleagues and employees with their "growth mindset" on the Arla journey.


Your tasks

  • Familiarity and open communication when dealing with internal and external partners (i.e. transport business partners, freight forwarders, drivers, production, farmers, etc.)
  • Creating a robust and costefficient tour plan while considering all standards, legal and operational requirements
  • Ensuring optimal utilization of the fleet through effective execution of route plans, optimizing vehicle occupancy, and adjusting customer order patterns to ensure a costefficient flow with high delivery service throughout the value chain
  • Continuous reflection and questioning of processes and procedures to improve/optimize the use of resources,
