    Job Description Job Description The Human Resources Coordinator collaborates closely with senior management in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department, ensuring utmost confidentiality and fostering a positive work environment.

    This role entails efficient time management, prioritization of tasks, and completion of assigned projects in a timely manner.


    Responsibilities:

    • Support various internal and external HRrelated initiatives.
    • Maintain employee database, generate reports, and assist with data analysis.
    • Aid in recruitment efforts for all personnel categories, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and reference/background checks.
    • Coordinate employee onboarding processes, including orientations and benefits enrollment.
    • Prepare new hire and termination documentation in compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Manage HR correspondence and escalate employee concerns to management.
    • Assist with benefits administration and mandated training programs.
    • Maintain accurate departmental records in HR systems and paper files.
    • Support payroll processes under HR management's guidance.
    • Ensure compliance with all employment laws at federal, state, and local levels.
    • Facilitate various types of leaves of absence and provide guidance to employees.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR, with expertise in recruitment, benefits administration, leaves of absence, payroll, and HR systems (Paylocity preferred).
    • Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationshipbuilding skills.
    • Excellent organizational and conflict resolution abilities.
    • Attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office suite and email/calendar systems.
    • HRCI or SHRM certification desirable.
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, or related field preferred.

    Compensation:
