    General Summary:

    The Marketing Operations Director plays a pivotal role in leading the marketing endeavors of Gonzaba to achieve organizational growth goals.

    This role is crucial in driving the implementation of marketing/growth strategies and entails supervising and aligning all elements of marketing campaigns, branding efforts, and communication strategies to actively connect with our target audience, enhance brand visibility, and nurture patient loyalty.

    Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Business Operations, this role involves collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure there is alignment across various platforms to achieve organizational targets.


    Supervisory Responsibilities:
    Supervises assigned staff.
    Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

    Responsibilities include interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.


    General Requirements:
    All duties performed will be done accurately and in a timely manner.
    Ensure departmental performance metrics are in place and reviewed in a systematic manner to adjust as needed.
    Transform leadership ideas into compelling messages.
    Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communication of content accordingly.
    Prepare reports and metrics on key communication initiatives, both internal and external.
    Maintain supportive and effective relationships at all levels within the organization.
    Other duties as assigned.


    Essential Job Responsibilities:
    Lead the overarching creative vision and branding strategies in collaboration with Marketing Managers and team members.

    Strategize and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless consistency across all channels including print, digital, and social media to meet growth targets and enhance patient retention efforts.

    Ensure team-members are efficient in utilizing creative software to design and produce various materials such as brochures, posters, digital graphics, and video content.

    Supervise the production of video and photography assets for events and special projects.
    Oversee and optimize digital marketing efforts including social media campaigns, paid search, and email campaigns.

    Assure that assigned teams are meeting the (internal/external) customers' expectations, and that these expectations are aligned with GMG branding standards.

    Create and optimize digital marketing strategies to maximize growth efforts.
    Organize and manage all creative media assets and maintain efficient workflows for creative production.
    Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.
    Engage in promotional events and activities to market the organization, including physician engagement activities and community events.
    Cultivate and sustain relationships with physicians to facilitate marketing efforts and promote organizational initiatives.
    Foster collaborative relationships with vendors and external partners related to marketing efforts.
    Contribute to the creation of marketing and communications calendars to support effective activity planning and execution.


    Education and Training:
    Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Management, or related field preferred. 5 years' experience in lieu of degree will be considered.


    Experience:
    Five to ten years' experience in marketing or previous experience in similar role preferred

    Other Requirements:

    Computer Skills:
    Knowledge of and proficiency in use of MS Office Suite (primarily Outlook, Word, Excel). Knowledge of and demonstrated use of project control application/software (e.g. Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, MS Project, or others).


    Work Environment:


    This role is primarily in an office environment, though there may be periods of time spent in clinic or construction environments depending on projects assigned.

    Exposure to communicable diseases, bodily fluids, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, medicinal preparations, and other conditions are common to a clinic environment.

    Exposure to debris, dust, sharp objects, chemicals, and electricity are common to construction environments.

    Gonzaba Medical Group will provide training and appropriate PPE as required to be successful and safe in your work environment.


    Mental / Physical Requirements:
    Requires manual dexterity, sitting, standing, stooping, reaching, kneeling, crouching, bending, walking, lifting up to 40 lbs. without assistance. Close vision and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to work efficiently under pressure.
