• Collaborate with the Regional Philanthropic Events Manager to achieve our store's philanthropic goals. Attend meetings and provide necessary resources
• Design brand-aligned marketing printed and social media materials as well as guide and supervise all event marketing strategies with our partners. Manage and update partner database to ensure easy access to information regarding partner events. 
• Responsible for monitoring timelines, deliverables, and metrics while proactively identifying and resolving any potential issues with relevant teams to ensure successful events.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local chapters of 501(c) organizations, university clubs, district school PTAs, sports teams, and community and city associations.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising special events and community outreach projects that span over multiple days or weeks. Meticulous management of event correspondence, promotion, logistics with internal and external event site staff, etc.
