"Wonderful service! Last Friday (1-5-24) I went to the Quarry Kendra Scott with a favorite necklace that suddenly lost its rose gold finish. Only one year old, I was hoping that it could be re-finished or dipped. Erin helped me that day and because there were no similar necklaces available locally, took the time to order one on line for me. The computers were not in a good mood and quite slow that day, but Erin very cheerfully persevered and 6 days later, my new necklace arrived! Thank you, Erin!
