- Assess market needs and identify product requirements.
- Target strategic accounts and set pricing strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis to enhance sales strategies
- Contribute to overall marketing and sales plans.
- Provide local insights to the International team.
- Prioritize product development roadmap and establish sales strategies.
- Lead new product launches and marketing plans.
- Justify product selection and identify target prospects.
- Train sales teams and distributors on product technical aspects.
- Collaborate with marketing for brand promotion and material production.
- Participate in trade shows to increase brand awareness.
- BS in Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience.
- Proficient in CRM maintenance and analysis.
- Excellent English communication skills; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Strong profit margin analysis skills and collaboration with sales.
- Background in manufacturing/electronics industry preferrerably
- Preferably a technical background with experience in 2nd level technical support.
