Overview:
We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate production activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and operational procedures.
Train and develop production staff, providing guidance and support to promote skill development and job proficiency.
Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Generate production reports and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage team members.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production equipment.
Familiarity with quality control principles and practices.
