Job Summary:

The Product Management Senior Manager is accountable for delivering top line growth and bottom-line profitability across all distribution channels in assigned state or states, and develops and directs a team of product management resources.

Key Responsibilities:
Develops and drives business strategy in order to meet stated objectives regarding revenue growth and profitability of products
Directs and develops team members, directly managing product resources
Maintains and grows a relationship between the Company and key distribution partners
Directs the profitability, conservation, refinement and expansion of existing business and implementation of any new product structures
Identifies, refines, and implements product adjustments to improve product competitiveness
Directs state and product efforts with IT, Sales, Compliance, Marketing, Finance and other areas both within the division and throughout the enterprise
Analyzes and evaluates monthly and quarterly financial results while identifying and developing areas of opportunity for improvement and growth and takes necessary actions to meet corporate goals
Communicates results and action plans with team members on a regular basis

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Preferred Qualifications:
Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
10 or more years of related experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Functional Skills

Expert verbal and written communication skills
Expert ability to drive for results, deal with ambiguity, solve problems, drive decisions, see trends and patterns within data sets, and identify root causes
High degree of initiative, mature judgement, inquisitiveness, and discretion
Expert communication, presentation, persuasion, time management, strategic planning and analytical skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Expert knowledge of all rating and product activities
Ability to develop, present, and execute effective business plans and budgets to meet corporate goals
Expertise with DOI and legal regulations as pertains to P&C insurance products and services
Proven leadership and influencing skills

The base range offered for the role is:
$125, $175,000.00 and may vary based on internal equity, and job-related skills, knowledge and experience; among other factors. Other financial components may be added as part of the competitive compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
