    Monkey Bar is looking for a dedicated and experienced Full Time Server Assistant to join our team

    Successful Hogsalt team members are enthusiastic about providing genuine hospitality to guests and actively contribute to an organized, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.

    1 year of experience working in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.
    ~ Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
    ~ Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, including frequent bending, lifting, and stooping.

    Ensure all stations are properly stocked and set up before and during service and complete any additional opening duties.

    Work with servers and other FOH staff to ensure proper table maintenance at all times, including wiping and resetting tables between courses, providing prompt water service, removing unused service items, and packaging leftover food.

    ~ communicate any complaints or issues with food or service to leadership.
    Observe all safety procedures, including following Hogsalt protocol for food allergies and dietary restrictions.
    Complete all closing duties including closing sidework, general cleaning projects, and any additional tasks assigned by leadership.
