    ~1+ year experience working in high volume restaurant environment.
    ~ Must have open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
    ~ Must be able to stand, walk and move during entire shift.

    Set up the dining room and any other stations before the start of service.
    Ensure all mise en place and supplies are stocked in each station, as necessary.
    Welcome guests to the restaurant and provide water service within the required timeframe.

    Assist Server with table maintenance, including: resetting smallwares between courses, wiping table between courses, prompt water service, removing unused service items, packaging leftover food, and clearing of courses.

    Provide an atmosphere of genuine hospitality for each guest; Work as a team with other server assistants, FOH staff, and leadership to ensure an efficient, smooth service.

    Ensure tables are promptly bussed and reset according to Hogsalt standards when guests depart.
    Ensure bussing/dish/glassware stations are clean and organized throughout service.
    Assist with polishing any service items and keeping related stations stocked throughout service.
    Break down and clean the dining room and any other stations at the end of service.
