We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to join our team and support strategic brand and business recommendations for our clients, direct our team members and vendors who build and execute marketing campaign, content and website update deliverables, analyze and optimize business results to deliver higher return on marketing plans, and build deep, trusted relationships with the leaders of our portfolio of world-class clients to achieve their revenue targets. Role Description:As a Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations at AZDS, you will lead and optimize performance-driven campaigns for major international brands. Your expertise in building successful Paid Media campaigns, crafting audience-centric CRM strategies, crafting strong and compelling content and messaging, and managing website CMS platforms will be instrumental in achieving measurable results. Beyond technical proficiency, your role demands exceptional leadership and communication skills. You will synthesize data from various sources to provide strategic recommendations through effective business storytelling. Your positive, service-oriented mindset will foster a collaborative atmosphere as you manage multiple projects with agility and drive innovation. Collaborating closely with our esteemed clients, you will provide strategic partnership to accomplish their brand and business objectives. In this ever-evolving position at one of the industry's premier agencies, your extensive digital expertise, strong business acumen, and servant leader mindset will pave the way to success. The ideal candidate will be a strong, well-rounded marketer, who has experience in driving brand and performance campaigns across a variety of digital channels. Key Role Responsibilities:
    • Lead and oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies for clients.
    • Manage and optimize performance-driven campaigns across various digital channels.
    • Build and implement Paid Media campaigns (Google, Meta, etc), ensuring effective targeting and budget allocation.
    • Write and edit compelling promotional and descriptive content and marketing copy
    • Develop audience-centric CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
    • Supervise, as well as execute, content updates in website Content Management Systems (CMS) on our Clients' websites
    • Build and deploy emails from several different and Email Service Providers
    • Analyze data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
    • Collaborate with clients to align digital marketing efforts with their brand and business objectives.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, inspiring and supporting the marketing team.
    • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
    • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, encouraging their professional growth.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in digital marketing.

    Essential Experience and Leadership Qualities:Essential Experience:
    • 4-6 years of proven success in crafting and executing comprehensive omni-channel marketing strategies.
    • Extensive experience in implementing data-driven decision-making processes for marketing campaigns.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive organic growth and increase brand visibility through SEO and content marketing initiatives.
    • Ability to create and edit strong, compelling content across various channels.
    • In-depth knowledge of social media advertising and community management strategies.
    • Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams, including creative, development, and analytics.
    • Strong background in executing, managing and optimizing performance marketing budgets effectively.
    • Experience in conducting competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Expertise in leveraging marketing automation tools for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
    • Proficiency in using web analytics platforms to track user behavior and website performance.
    • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.

    Compensation and Benefits:
    • Competitive salary based on experience.
    • Hybrid work opportunity with 50% of work days able to be worked remotely.
