    We are looking for a water damage technician to join our team This will be necessary to identify areas in a home affected by water damage, setting up and taking down the necessary equipment to facilitate the dry-out, taking photos and sketching the affected areas, and communicating with the homeowner as well as our estimator/job coordinators.

    • Experience as a tech is a plus but we can train as well
    • Being bi-lingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
    • Competitive pay and a commission structure is based on experience

    Requirements:

    • Must be able to effectively communicate with homeowners and our team (estimator/job coordinators, demo and contents crew)
    • Must be able to handle a physical workload
    • Must have a clean driving record
    • Must be willing to submit to a background check
    • Must be willing to be on call as well as work overtime and weekends
    • Must be willing to drive to jobs all over Orange County and South LA County
    • Must be able to input data into our softwares
    • Must speak fluent English

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience as a water damage technician
    • Clean record
    • Ability to handle physical workload
    • WRT Certification
