Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. As a Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to water damage restoration. Your role will involve using power tools and hand tools to clean, build, and restore damaged properties.


Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency calls and assess the extent of damage
• Perform water extraction and drying procedures to mitigate water damage
• Perform mold remediation by identifying and removing moldinfested materials
• Safely handle asbestos abatement tasks according to industry regulations
• Utilize power tools and hand tools to clean, repair, and restore damaged areas
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in water damage restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of industry best practices for cleaning, building, and restoring damaged properties
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in restoration work
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and lift heavy objects when necessary
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
• Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations
