Description

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of losses, meticulously reviewing customer documentation and capturing visual evidence.
• Execute disaster responses and emergency mitigation, encompassing water extraction, structural drying, and controlled demolition, all in strict adherence to IICRC standards.
• Skillfully arrange dehumidifiers, fans, air purifiers, and other specialized equipment at job sites, meticulously overseeing setup and dismantling procedures.
• Utilize moisture mapping techniques and loss documentation processes, and Xactimate.
• Provide handson training to apprentice helpers, serving as a mentor in onthejob learning.
• Assume the pivotal role of daily onsite liaison for customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed and needs are met with utmost satisfaction.
• Complete mandatory documentation duties, including comprehensive photography, scope sheets, and detailed drying logs.
• Interact seamlessly with insurance personnel and the administrative team at our office.
• Engage actively in our 24hour oncall rotation, promptly responding to emergency situations beyond regular working hours and on weekends, as per the oncall schedule.
• Operate company vehicles, including specialized water trucks and machinery.
• Undertake any other assigned responsibilities with diligence and dedication.
• Explain processes and answer customer questions, as needed
• Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details
• Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas
• Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers

• IICRC certifications: WRT, ASD, AMR.
• 35 years mitigation exp.
• Valid license, clean driving record.
• Prefer local resident.
• Past leadership experience.
