    Come work at one of the best Restoration Companies in the L.A. area. Our ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

    • 2 YEARS PRIOR EXPERINCE AS A WATER DAMAGE TECHNICIAN IS REQUIRED
    • Sales skills: able to assess, quote, sell jobs and negotiate contracts
    • Customer service: Technician must be able to deliver 5 star customer service, effectively communicate with the customer and insurance adjusters
    • Communication: MUST possess top notch communication skills
    • Planning and Problem Solving Skills: Able to effectively plan job schedules and think on your feet
    • Experience with mitigation for property insurance claims.
    • Knowledge of the IICRC regulations and how to implement them
    • Timeliness: Able to effectively manage own time and complete tasks in time line expected
    • Reliability: Must be responsible and reliable
    • Must be available to be on call evenings some weekends
    • Full Time
    • Must have a valid CADL and Clean DMV
    • IICRC Certification is a plus but not required
    • Xactimate is a plus but not required
