    Vice President, Product Management/Commercialization, Test & Learn


    The Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow.

    Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base, including issuers, acquirers, and merchants.

    Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.

    Test & Learn


    As a member of the Test & Learn product management team, you will build industry-leading business experimentation software that brings sophisticated analytic techniques to business users around the world.

    We are rapidly expanding our product offerings and innovating on how we deliver Test & Learn solutions to our clients.

    We are looking for innovative individuals that can help define and prioritize our product roadmap and tackle the big challenges of the future.

    This role will lead commercialization efforts and product development for Test & Learn's growing business lines – including supplier analytics, consulting, etc.

    Position Responsibilities

    Grow an enterprise analytical product used by some of the world's largest organizations to make multi-million dollar decisions
    Develop inspiring product growth strategy derived from customer needs, market opportunities, and technology trends
    Leverage sales feedback, data and other customer-based evidence to enhance Test & Learn's go-to-market value proposition
    Develop and execute creative strategies to partner cross-functionally across Mastercard to drive step-changes in product adoption and revenue growth strategies
    Deeply understand P&L data and be able to drive efficiencies at scale through deep-diving into financial statements

    All About You

    Experience with GTM strategies and commercialization of data analytics or SaaS oriented products
    Ability to work closely with finance, sales teams, marketing and other PMs to define and commercialize valuable product capabilities
    Product management expertise to develop thoughtful product solutions
    Broad strategic thinking skills to understand market needs and prioritize thoughtfully
    Enjoys creatively partnering with marketing to translate product vision into GTM value proposition
    High attention to detail and ability to manage product revenue
    Creative problem solving skills
    Ability to navigate various stakeholders and organizational complexity
    Ability to deeply understand and be comfortable innovating with financial data
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
