    What you will do:


    The Territory Sales Account Manager is responsible for sales of new and existing Feed Energy products and services within an assigned territory.

    This role serves as a company and brand ambassador, advocating for both the customer and the company.


    Key responsibilities include:
    Execute full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including cold calling, lead development, networking, contract negotiation, and customer onboarding.
    Manage relationships across customer supply chains (nutritionists, mill managers, buyers, growers, etc.)
    Build and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets for product volume and margins.
    Drive growth in turkey, swine, poultry, cattle, and dairy feed segments.
    Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
    Provide consultative solutions selling to address customer business needs.
    Maintain accurate customer relationship management data.
    Represent Feed Energy at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
    Collaborate cross-functionally to support new product development initiatives.
    Exemplify company values in all internal and external interactions.

    Requirements

    What you need to complete the job?
    3-5 years of B2B sales account management experience
    Experience in the turkey industry strongly preferred.
    Bachelor's degree in agriculture or related field, or equivalent experience.
    Proven success selling complex solutions to long-term enterprise customers.
    Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
    Willingness to travel extensively (~60%)
