    About the role
    Evergreen seeks a Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market planning & execution of our innovative personal finance products.

    As an essential member of our growing marketing department, you will be the consumer's voice and will play a key role in shaping how they think about Evergreen's products & services.

    This role requires a deep understanding of consumer insights, the ability to craft compelling narratives, strategic product positioning, and the vision to identify and foster growth opportunities.

    You'll act as a pivotal bridge between the product, engineering, and design teams to deliver financial products prioritizing consumer needs.

    What you'll do

    Be the voice of the customer and own product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value proposition for current and future products.

    Conduct in-depth research and competitive analysis and identify key levers within the category to uncover consumer truths and proof points to enrich our product roadmap.

    Collaborate across product, engineering, and marketing to influence their roadmaps and incorporate a consumer-centric view backed by data and insights.

    Work to formulate hypotheses, conducting tests on our website, our enrollment flow, and our marketing channels.
    Establish and refine positioning, audience, and channel strategies for products to drive significant growth.

    Serve as a point of contact with external agencies to ensure marketing visions are executed with consistent messaging across all channels.

    Actively engage with cultural trends to inform and enhance our creative strategy.
    Present business performance analyses and insights to the leadership team, which is key in strategic decision-making.
    Measure and report against the performance of product marketing initiatives.
    Qualifications
    5+ years of experience in consumer product marketing, with a strong preference for backgrounds in technology, finance, and startups.
    Exceptional storytelling skills complemented by robust communication, presentation, and writing abilities.

    You love getting deep into the consumer psyche, building personas, finding consumer truths, and you can translate that into effective consumer benefits, storytelling, and iterating on feedback in the market.

    A strategic mindset that balances creativity with marketing efficacy.
    Proficiency in navigating complex scenarios, applying analytical frameworks, and transforming insights into actionable strategies.
    A data-oriented approach, comfortable with analytical, testing, and measurement methodologies.
    Demonstrates leadership qualities that prioritize detail and organizational success.
