    Seeking a Quality Assurance Manager:

    Responsibilities:
    Oversee quality assurance for the entire organization, ensuring compliance with AS 9100 standards.

    • Lead the Quality Department, managing resources to meet departmental and business objectives.
    • Monitor product and process quality, reporting on performance.
    • Conduct equipment calibration and QC inspector training.
    • Address nonconformities and approve suppliers.
    • Manage production process changes and digital product data.
    • Handle NCRs in Simpletrak and release products for delivery.
    • Manage internal and external findings, including audits.
    • Understand blueprints and manage certification audits.
    • CMM background preferred.
