Description

• Seven or more years combined experience managing, supervising, or leading an organizational unit.
• Seven or more years of experience with project or program management.

• Seven or more years of managerial/supervisory experience and ten years of project management, construction, engineering or related experience preferred.
• Experience using MS Project or P6 and/or SAP in the past.
• Bachelor/Master's degree in business, engineering, construction management or equivalent preferred and Project Management Certification preferred.
• Experience with construction or engineering within a utility industry.
• Experience developing and executing strategies and operational plans.
• Experience ensuring cross functional support and collaboration including resolving cross functional issues and obstacles.
• Experience ensuring appropriate resources are in place to successfully manage work and to meet goals and objectives.
• Experience executing strategies across IPSEC through effective project management and oversight.

• Work Mode: The position's work mode is hybrid/remote. Employee is able to work primarily at home or remote however, the employee may be expected to come to an office on occasion/weekly basis. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside or move in the state of California. Hiring managers can add further requirements related to specific jobs.
