    Starting Pay Rate:
    $25.00 per hour (pay is based on experience)

    We are looking for a stellar Resident Care Coordinator to join our team as we continue striving to enrich the lives of our residents


    The Resident Care Coordinator works under the direction of the Director of Nursing and is responsible for maintaining the nursing department's schedule.


    Summary of Job Duties:

    • Utilizes the electronic scheduling system to create and maintain all nursing staff scheduling.
    • Serves as the main point of contact for all newly hired nursing personnel.
    • Meets with residents newly admitted to Skilled and Transitional Care Units, and their families, and welcomes them and assists with their transition into the community.
    • Will perform direct resident care as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Must be IDPH Certified Nursing Assistant
    • Must be CPR certified
    • Must possess good computer skills, including solid working knowledge of Excel
    • Must possess excellent communication, problem solving, time management and customer service skills
    • Previous scheduling experience in a long term care setting, or comparable experience, preferred
    • Experience with OnShift a plus
    • Demonstrates caring and compassionate nature
    • Candidate must be a team player and have a positive outlook
