We're seeking an individual who shows potential for future leadership roles, including management or even C-Suite level positions within our organization. If you're ready to leverage your sales expertise to consistently secure deals and cultivate (and retain) a strong client base, we're excited to hear from you

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    The responsibilities of the Account Executive include but are not limited to:

    • Establish a robust client base through proactive hunting and targeted cold calling
    • Lead negotiation with prospective clients, identifying mutually beneficial agreements and fostering long-term partnerships to drive business growth and revenue
    • Collaborate closely with technical team members to tailor quotes to specific needs, creating customized solutions for clients
    • Serve as the point of contact with clients, overseeing all facets of account management, maintaining strong relationships, and leveraging the collective resources of the team to deliver exceptional service
    • Transition into account cultivation in your second year, balancing the management of existing accounts gained in the first year with continued aggressive pursuit of new leads, maintaining a 50/50 split
    • Potential opportunity for future progression into management role for other account executives, based on demonstrated performance and leadership over time

    ** This position is in-office in Corona, CA on Tuesdays & Fridays, with travel to clients in the field on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. **

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Required

    • 3-5 years of B2B selling experience
    • Experience in sales of technical products
    • Proven sales success with measurable achievements (stack rankings, accolades, awards and/or quantifiable sales achievements)

    Preferred

    • 5+ years of B2B selling experience
    • Management experience
    • Small business sales experience

    Desired

    • HVAC sales experience

    Salary: $75,000 to $95,000 base salary with uncapped earning potential
