  • Student Assistant (m/f/d) Legal Department, Berlin (parttime)


The Legal Department is responsible, among other things, for advising all areas of the bank on questions of corporate, banking, and capital market law, providing legal support to the management board, and large real estate transactions in deal teams.


Job Description:


  • As a student assistant (m/f/d), you will support us with your expertise, in particular:
  • in advising the bank's departments on the recording and updating of contracts
- in outsourcing management: creating and maintaining a complete documentation of outsourcings and updating the outsourcing register
- in recording outsourcing incidents in the app for service provider control
- in conducting risk analyses
- in determining control and monitoring measures for outsourcings
- in monitoring performance
