For our TUI Travel Center in Hofheim, we are looking for a full-time (38.5 hours/week) Tourism Clerk / Travel Salesperson (m/f/d) starting on April 1st, 2023.

ABOUT THE POSITION

  • Selling tourist services from our entire product range
  • Providing competent advice and enthusiasm to our customers
  • Actively acquiring and retaining customers through friendly and interactive communication (in person, by phone, email, internet & social media) and a high level of service orientation
  • Corresponding with customers and service providers
  • Assisting in optimizing our work processes
  • Supporting the team with all tasks in the travel agency

ABOUT YOU

  • Completed training as a travel salesperson or tourism clerk
  • Previous experience in a fullservice travel agency is an advantage, but we also welcome beginners in the field
  • Strong knowledge of the industry, products, and destinations
  • Proficiency in using reservation/booking systems
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills
  • Sales and customer service talent with a goaloriented and serviceoriented approach to work
  • Interest in modern technology and multimedia communication
  • Communicative, dedicated personality with a strong team spirit
