Your Mission:


  • Processing customer inquiries
  • Database maintenance
  • Ensuring excellent customer service
  • Ensuring service quality according to company's internal standards
  • Developing ideas for continuous improvement of processes and standards in customer service

Your Experience and Personality:


  • Experience in customer service preferred
  • Experience with inventory management systems advantageous
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Good French skills desired
  • Additional languages such as Italian and Spanish are a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • High level of service and solution orientation, as well as willingness to learn
  • Enjoyment of telephone customer contact
  • Reliability and responsibility
  • Flexibility and adaptability
