Sales Support and Dispatch Coordinator (m/f/d).

Do what you do best:

Preparation and creation of offers for interested parties and customers
Acting as a liaison between the inside and outside sales teams
Telephone support for our interested parties and sales representatives, including handling all inquiries and documenting them
Effective communication and solutionoriented collaboration with interested parties, sales colleagues in the field, and internal interfaces
Coordination and recording of vacation planning, sick leave, training planning, etc.
Dispatching of employees in the sales field, taking into account qualifications and availability
Optimal scheduling and routing, as well as prioritization based on economic considerations
