    The Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for answering calls and emails for the Agency HR team.

    Review and authorize employee overtime and resolve employee incidents.
    This position has the flexibility to be 100% remote.RequirementsTwo-year degree or one (1) year of experience in a human resources field.

    Exposure to home health or human services is a plus.
    Enthusiastic individual, who is eager to learn and grown in the PCA Choice field.
    Pass a background study with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.#J-18808-Ljbffr
