For over 25 years, Advancis Software & Services GmbH, headquartered in Langen, has been successfully developing software solutions. As a globally operating company, we are the market leader in the field of security technology and building automation. Our software is used in over 70 countries for visualizing and controlling security-relevant systems.

For our location in Langen, we are looking for trainees for the position of IT specialist for system integration (m/f/x) starting in August 2024. During the training, you will get to know various internal departments and acquire practical knowledge about the conception of complex software solutions.

Your tasks

Planning and implementation of IT solutions
Installation, configuration, and commissioning of systems
Administration and support of clients, servers, and network components
User support, troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution (1st-level support)
Coordination and organization of service providers for hardware and software issues (2nd and 3rd-level support)
Maintenance of hardware, software, and related peripherals
