Recently named a Forbes America's Best-InThe Continuing Care Unit Assistant keeps Unit CCM informed of status, interventions, and plans to progress patient care to discharge.
The Continuing Care Unit Assistant actively communicates with multidisciplinary healthcare team (Primary Nurse, nurse manager, C3, etc.).What we need from you Education/Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience:
2 years of experience working with regulatory programs, administrative/secretarial in a professional setting, or patient scheduling/registration experience required. Associates degree or higher will waive the experience requirement.
None ? Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with patients, physicians, volunteers, insurance companies, payors, and other members of the interdisciplinary health care team Proficiency with required computer systems for completion of duties and including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Knowledge of medical terminology and excellent spelling and grammar skills Ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities while working in a fast paced environment Ability to function as a self- starter and an active team member

Pay Range Minimum:
USD $16.65/Hr
Pay Range Maximum:
USD $24.97/Hr.
