    Description

    Trailways of New York is Hiring Coach Bus Drivers*_*We have immediate employment opportunities for *Full-Time, Part-Time and Seasonal Coach Bus Drivers *based out of the Kingston, New York area.

    *The preferred candidate is a self-starter who manages their time safely and effectively with little supervision, and has:
    • One or more years of experience operating a commercial vehicle, preferably a motor coach or school bus.
    • A valid class B or A commercial driver's license.
    • An unrestricted Passenger endorsement (ability to transport 15 passengers or more) _Operators with a valid class A or B license without a Passenger endorsement may have an opportunity to obtain one as part of the 5-week training program._
    • A valid passport or enhanced driver's license for travel to Canada.
    * *Full-Time candidates must have open availability to work a 5- or 6-day workweek including nights, weekends, and holidays. *Part-Time candidates can provide a set availblity.

    • An acceptable driving record.
    • A love of driving and the willingness to travel.
    *A generous $5000 Sign-On bonus-(_$500 of which is for initial uniform allowance_)

    • A 5-week paid training program at the rate of $20 an hour.
    • Medical, dental and vision and life insurance.
    • Paid vacation, holidays and sick time.
