- One or more years of experience operating a commercial vehicle, preferably a coach bus or school bus.
- A valid class B or A commercial driver's license.
- An unrestricted Passenger endorsement (ability to transport 15 passengers or more) Operators with a valid class A or B license without a Passenger endorsement may have an opportunity to obtain one as part of the 5-week training program.
- A valid passport or enhanced driver's license for travel to Canada.
- Availability to work a 5-or 6-day workweek including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and D.O.T. physical.
- A driving record that meets insurance standards.
- Strong customer service skills.
- A love of operating a motor coach and the willingness to travel.
- First year average earnings $48,000.00-$53,000.
- A generous $5000 Sign-On bonus-($500 of which is for initial uniform allowance)
- A 5-week paid training program at the rate of $20 an hour.
