Description

• Assertively enforce pool rules, while promoting exceptional customer service to residents and their families.
• Ensuring amenity areas are cleaned and disinfected and orderly at all times, such as bathrooms, tables, trash clean up, etc
• Identifying and reporting defects throughout the amenities and notifying supervisors immediately of hazards, injuries, and/or equipment or processes that negatively affect the operations.
• Providing excellent service consistent with community standards.
• Skim the pool, checking and emptying skimmer baskets, brushing the pool, testing of chlorine and pH
• Check and complete any necessary logs and paperwork, such as visitor log, spot reservation list, etc.
