- Leads, supervises, directs and/or delegates all nursing functions on assigned unit or floor to assure that care is provided per individualized plan of care. Assures staff compliance with State and Federal regulations, Nursing Standards of Practice and Ebenezer Quality Assurance Standards
- Assures that plan of care, medical records and other documentation are up to date
- Reports problematic areas to management and provides suggestions and solutions. Makes decisions regarding situations, implements actions and evaluates outcomes
- Serves as facility supervior and assumes administrative reponsibilities asa assigned
- Perfroms other duties as assigned and directed
- Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Registered Nurse
- RN Licensure/egistered with MN Board of Nursing
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider from American Heart Assoication (AHA) or American Red Cross
- One to Three years experience in Long Term Care
- Basic computer skills
- Bachelor's Degree - Registered Nurse
- Three to Five years experience in Long Term Care
- Supervisory skills
- Point Click Care Knowledge
- MS Office, Excel and Word
