    Job DescriptionRegions Hospital has a leadership position open in our Care Management department.

    This position would be a great fit for an experienced RN with strong leadership skills and experience in hospital case management.

    This position will assist the Manager in planning, developing, coordinating and monitoring services provided by the Care Management Department. They are responsible for ensuring efficiency in the day to day activity of the department. This position will mentor, coach and support CM Lead and staff, along with providing performance feedback to staff members.

    The incumbent will participate as an integral member of an interdisciplinary health care team and provide education to other health care professionals in various aspects of patient care.

    To perform other duties as assigned.


    Work Schedule:
    Monday- Fridays days, Shared on call for weekends and holidays

    Required Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree of Nursing from an accredited College or University. 5+ years' experience in hospital care management healthcare setting.

    Current RN license from the State of MinnesotaPreferred Qualifications:
    Master's Degree Previous experience in a leader capacity.

    Leadership in care management Case Management CertificationBenefits:
