    In the last 15 years, Marrick Medical has given over 65,000 uninsured and underinsured personal injury victims access to healthcare providers, so they can prioritize healing and recovery.

    Marrick Medical, a four-time recipient of Inc 5000's Fasting Growing Companies in America, seeks a Business Development Manager (BDM) in Denver, CO to continue to cultivate and maintain relationships with personal injury attorneys and medical providers to derive new patient referrals. This outside sales position will require you to work independently in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Marrick has been recognized as one of the Best Workplaces in America by Inc. for 2021.

    Summary/Objective
    The Business Development Manager primary role is for the growth and development of Marrick's medical provider network and attorney relationships within an assigned territory/geography. The position requires working independently in a fast-paced business development environment requiring a strong work ethic.

    Essential Functions

    Prospect new vendors with a focus on urgent care, pain management, medical imaging, surgery centers, physical therapy and orthopedic surgery.

    · Network with attorneys, medical providers, vendors, and other key influencers in the med-legal business community.

    · Maintain continuous and open lines of communications with the operations department.

    · Promote culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.

    · Plan, coordinate, and execute revenue goals for the territory.

    · Serve as the main marketing point of contact for provider and attorney clients in a given geographic location.

    · Negotiate terms of agreements and close new business with healthcare providers

    · Stay aligned with local and regional market trends and how it relates to Marrick.

    · Adhere to high standards of accountability, confidentiality (HIPPA compliant), and professionalism while dealing with medical and financial information.

    Other Important Skills Include

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    · Entrepreneurial/sales/hunting mentality

    Employment Contingent On

    · Ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license.

    Required Education and Experience

    · BA or equivalent experience

    Compensation

    $80,000 to $85,000- opportunity for commission
