    Working with the Director of CRM, this role involves guiding development teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance customer experience and business operations.


    The Engineer will design Salesforce solutions to transform and automate enterprise operations around sales and account management\'s engagement with BCI customers, including members, providers, brokers, and employer groups.

    This position has preferred flexibility to work hybrid location (onsite Meridian Idaho campus and remote work-from-home). Working fully remote within a mutually acceptable location may also be considered. #LI-Remote; #LI-Hybrid

    Required Education must meet one of the following requirements:

    Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field of study or equivalent work experience (Two years\' relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college)
    International Degree equivalency
    Applicable certification(s) as defined by the leader +2 years additional experience
    Associate\'s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field of study + 2 years additional experience


    Required Experience: 4/+ years\' proven ability in software engineering and IT leadership, with a solid background in Salesforce architecture, preferably within the healthcare payer industry.

    This role requires a results-oriented individual capable of leading change management processes and driving strategic direction in technology and team goals.

    Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into architectural solutions.

    Preferred qualifications include experience in the healthcare industry and leadership experience within a large and complex health system


    Ideally, experience will include:
    Salesforce - Solid experience designing, building and implementing Salesforce orgs with a focus on customer satisfaction and business value
    Technical roadmap design and delivery, including large transformational initiatives in this space. Hands on experience in implementing CRM, MarTech, and AdTech, Service Cloud, Vlocity, CPQ, in addition to Web frameworks like REACT and Angular
    Tech stack including Vlocity, Health Cloud, Omniscript, portals, Lightning Design System, Omnistudio, SQL
    Proven track record of creating and delivery of continuous measurable metrics, showing value to business thru a regularly maintained technical roadmap
    Experience in leading multiple multi-functional project teams using a SAFE release train approach, maintain progress dashboards in tools like Jira
    Ability to develop, maintain and collaborate on robust DevSecOps capabilities that includes CI/CD pipelines
    Integration of Salesforce with other Cloud platforms such as Snowflake, AWS and Docusign and internal application stacks such as benefit configuration and contract lifecycle management systems


    Your day may look like:
    Designing Salesforce solutions, leading multi-functional project teams, maintaining technical roadmaps, and integrating Salesforce with other cloud platforms.

    The successful candidate applies design-thinking and agile methodology to design, develop, and deploy new technologies or configure existing software/data assets to transform operational and Information Services processes.

    Superb communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams will be key.


    Additional responsibilities include diving deep into CRM architecture, leading ystem implementation and integration, providing technical guidance to project teams, and contributing to the development of an enterprise CRM strategy.

    Will champion organizational change towards consumer-driven healthcare through CRM technologies, automation, data analytics, and supporting processes. They will also lead teams in the delivery of solutions and handle staffing plans, budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
