Responsibilities:


  • Be a team player, as we coordinate to provide necessary assistance to ensure system readiness and adherence to quality assurance standards.
  • Be flexible as our business provides a myriad of both emergent and nonemergent healthcare services operating on a 24hour clock your work shift schedule may vary due to the nature of the business.
  • Coordinate the work and activities of field personnel as assigned.
  • Conduct yourself in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner at all times when dealing with patients, coworkers, supervisors, and or the public.
  • As a Lead, you will maintain the highest standards of professionalism and be a role model for dispatchers.
  • You will aid in problem solving, managing entry level management tasks such as reporting higher on assigned tasks, approving timecards, assisting in interpersonal conflict resolution and other tasks as assigned. Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls in the CAD system.
  • Provide top tier customer service to medical facilities, the public, and our coworkers.
  • Gather, record, and enter data as designated.
  • Maintain professional demeanor in the office and while on the phone with customers. Dispatch staff and vehicles to scheduled transports or events to ensure appropriate compliance with policy and procedure.
  • Scheduling hourly employees for weekly shifts on multiple projects
  • Building schedules using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Coordinate resource availability and allocation
  • Manage and maintain the schedule as needed (using Excel and Deputy)
  • Report and escalate any personnel issues to management as needed
  • Minimize project risks through accuracy and attention to detail
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Solutionoriented focus
  • Intakes a large call volume, triages to prioritize tasks based on business needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills are required
  • Microsoft Office 365 familiarity
  • Deputy familiarity is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to be selfreliant and superresourceful
  • Confident phone presence and excellent overall communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and pivot projects based on priority
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and time management
