Description

A large software company is seeking a remote IT Service Desk Analyst. They will provide remote IT support to approximately 4000 internal employees.

They will be responsible for troubleshooting, repair and configuration of desktops/laptops (mostly windows based with a few Apple related), printers, and mobile devices as well as handle support related issues with Internet browsers, wireless connectivity, VPN, enterprise applications, password and other similar items experienced in a corporate environment.

Must be able to work some holidays.

2+ years of experience providing support in a Windows based environment, specifically troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software issues with desktops/laptop and mobile devices.

Strong communication skills

Ability to work 2nd shift (2-11pm)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience

ServiceNow experience (what is an incident, what is a request)

Mac or Linux experience

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
