The CyberForum Academy is currently seeking a full-time (part-time possible) employee (m/f/d) to support us in developing new educational offerings for our network.

The position will be available from March 2023 and initially limited to three years, with the option for extension.

As Europe's largest regionally active high-tech entrepreneur network, we support companies at every stage of development.

From startups and established companies to research institutions and universities - we connect the actors of the regional economy and provide entrepreneurial knowledge.


Your job

  • You will design new goaloriented trainings, taking into account modern didactics and methodology (various blended learning approaches).
  • You will be responsible for finding and selecting lecturers/speakers.
  • You will implement elearning offerings such as videos, webbased trainings, etc.
  • You will plan and organize trainings and support the existing team.
  • You will maintain contact with our network and experts for further education offerings.
  • You will conduct market research and competitive analyses.
  • You will advise interested parties and support participants.
  • You will manage the social media channels of the academy and act as a liaison to the marketing department.

You are

  • You have a degree in adult education, instructional design, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have practical experience in designing and creating elearning offerings, as well as project management.
  • Punctuality, responsibility, and resilience are a given for you.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and negotiation skills.
