For our internal HR team in Hamburg, we are looking for a team assistant (m/f/d) with a focus on recruiting.

What to expect

Coordination and organization of appointments
Data entry
Communication with clients and applicants
Preparation of job interviews and hiring processes
Maintenance of personnel files
Creation of applicant profiles
General administrative tasks

What you bring

Successfully completed commercial training, such as a personnel services specialist or a comparable qualification such as a degree in business administration or business psychology
First professional experience in the field of recruiting
Knowledge of Zvoove/Landwehr is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office
Resilience, flexibility, and strong communication skills
