As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d), you have the opportunity to develop personally and professionally. We offer you a comprehensive and fully compensated training to prepare you for your tasks.

Your main responsibility is to contact existing and business customers and offer them tailored contract upgrade options.

You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and will assist them in a friendly and professional manner.

With your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities, you will always find the right solution for customers.

You will work from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm in a modern office in Bochum. You will have the opportunity to work flexibly and
