What you will be doing with us:

  • You will implement the rights and obligations of the commercial property and rental management of our REWE stores in the South region.
  • You are responsible for appointment management as well as compliance with deadlines, terms and all rental payments.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and implementing rent increases, rent reductions, rent withholdings and replacement measures with the landlord.
  • You create rental documents. In particular, the ongoing processing of operating and ancillary costs as well as their settlement will be your main focus in the future.
  • The termination of sublease agreements, as well as the preparation of termination and option declarations, is also part of your area of responsibility.
  • You handle correspondence with tenants and landlords, as well as communication with various internal interfaces, service providers and authorities.
  • You are responsible for receivables management and the administration of service contracts.
  • You take care of ongoing system and data maintenance.
