    Job Description Job Description Guest Service Team Leader is our name for part time team members that have an eye for detail and leadership.

    These team members assist management with helping the business thrive while leadership may not be in attendance, ensuring that no one walks out unhappy.

    Guest Service Team Leaders will report directly to a Hospitality Expert, Operator Apprentice and General Manager.

    Their training is specialized around daily in-store and out-of-store operational functions with an additional focus on becoming an expert at leading shifts, delegating tasks and being a flavor coach.


    Accountabilities of Guest Service Team Leader:
    Ensure guest and peer satisfaction with your passion and enthusiasmTakes personal responsibility for making things happenAbility to positively influence and lead a shift of Guest Service Advocates while ensuring they are upholding the highest standards and feel supportedEnsuring all work is completed; keeping staff productive, assigning table and window runs, completing checklistsTaking on the responsibility of proper monetary handling during your shiftEnsuring all inventory levels are at par or aboveProvide assistance in the daily operations for their shiftLives, breathes and displays the 30 Primo FundamentalsEnergetic and positive communication master that is a culture builderMaintains a solution orientation culture rather than a problem orientation cultureEnsure that all opening and closing procedures are followed and executed in a timely mannerEnsure proper product proportioning through daily scoop practiceParticipate in store meetings with all other peers and attend other meetings and activities as neededGenuinely engaged with and involved within and around your local communityCompensation and Benefits: Part-Time Hours with availability to work weekends and late nightsCompetitive Hourly Rate + Tips1 free large item after each shift workedComplimentary small Birthday Cake during your Birthday MonthPersonal and professional development toward Hospitality Expert and beyondAbout Team Primos Ben &
