- At least 3 years of experience in commercial or utility scale engineering (solar preferred; MEP and/or electrical distribution experience welcomed)
- Strong project management/admin experience
- Have a desire to work in the solar industry
- Strong understanding of national electrical code
- Understand medium voltage equipment
- Have overseen and managed multi million dollar scale projects
- Ability to come into their Maryland office 5 days a week
