We are seeking

Two Assistant Project Managers

to join the team. As an APM, you will play a crucial role in project management, ensuring successful execution of construction projects. This position is fully onsite at a job site in the DMV or at the corporate headquarters located in

Bethesda, MD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills.

Project Scope:
Manage midsize projects involving

interior buildings and renovations .
Law offices, government buildings, office spaces, ie the floors in our building

Responsibilities:
Take meeting minutes during project discussions.
Handle submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs).
Keep project documentation up to date.
Assist with change orders and project updates.
Obtain necessary approvals.
Assist with change order management.
Collaborate with the Project Manager (PM) and Superintendent.
Evaluate return on investment (ROI) for potential projects.
Estimate labor costs.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree - engineering, construction management - related fields
1-3 years of experience supporting a General Contractor
1-3 years as a Project Engineer, or just became APM
Need someone to be comfortable at this level for a couple years (not wanting to become PM in a year)
OSHA 10/30 = plus
Greencard or US Citizen
