    Apollo is seeking a Strategic Finance lead to play a key, hands-on role in budgeting and forecasting for the company and will lead efforts in planning, analysis and reporting of Fee Related Earnings (FRE) and financial impacts of the Apollo Asset Management segment and the underlying businesses across the platform.

    This person will build monthly and ad hoc presentations for senior leadership and foster relationships with the business heads, CFOs and the executive team.

    Primary ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with business-level CFOs, Business Leads, senior management, and other team members to define business reporting and analytics requirements and lead all aspects of execution of deliverables.

    Focus on analyzing and reporting firmwide Fee Related EarningsBe responsible for analysis of strategic transactions and projects, collaborating with professionals across the organization.

    Lead all aspects of the preparation and analysis of monthly management reports.
    Build high quality, timely insight regarding FRE to help senior management set direction for the firm.
    Respond in a timely manner to all ad hoc questions and requests for information. Become a widely recognized source for high quality management information for various departments.
    Analyze variances, trends, risks and opportunities, performance against budget/forecast/targets, key business drivers and sensitivities.
    Be responsible for presentations and key analyses for Senior Management.

    Lead continuous improvement for financial reporting and business analysis framework; work with Technology to automate reporting processesPerform special projects and other duties as required by the needs of the business.

    Qualifications & Experience5-10 years of ExperienceCFA or CPA preferredMBA is not required but a plusOperates with high degree of achievement and curiosity about helping to drive strategic initiatives and change across an organizationAn understanding of FRE in an asset management space is a plusHas a record of confident leadership, good judgment, and creative solutionsShown ability to partner with senior level stakeholdersExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to train and lead strong talentAnalysis requires high level of cognitive and financial reasoning capabilitiesStrong Excel skillsApollo Global Management Inc.

    Pay Range121, ,000The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location.

    Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
