- Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met within budget and schedule constraints.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project progress accordingly.
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
- Lead project meetings and effectively communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
- Mentor and provide guidance to project team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Utilize StruMIS software for project management and documentation purposes.
- Ensure quality control measures are implemented throughout the fabrication process to meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Proven experience as a project manager in the structural steel fabrication industry, with a strong understanding of miscellaneous metal fabrication processes.
- Proficiency in StruMIS software is preferred, or willingness to undergo training.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the flexibility to manage projects of varying sizes and complexity.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience managing large-scale projects with tight deadlines is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for all project personnel.
